Beta runs until v1 launches (we’re targeting Q3 2026). When v1 launches, we’ll give you 30 days’ notice and the option to either pick a paid plan or keep using a free tier with reduced limits. Beta users get a lifetime founders’ discount on whichever paid plan they choose — the exact percentage will be announced together with v1 pricing.

Once it launches, you’ll only pay for the apps you use. Pick any 1, 2, or 3 of the seven apps and pay a flat per-app monthly rate. Above three apps, switching to All-Access becomes the better deal. Swap your chosen apps anytime — charges adjust on your next billing cycle. Per-app pricing TBA at v1 launch.

We’re still building out billing, team workspaces, and a few enterprise integrations. Paid plans go live with v1. Until then, everyone gets everything free under the beta — we want feedback more than money right now.

No card, no commitment, no expiry inside the beta period. We’ll ask for one only if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan after v1 launches — and only after you’ve confirmed you want to upgrade.

Audience = unique people who scan a QR, send a comment, or vote during one session. A session is one continuous use of a scene (e.g. one livestream, one town hall, one class). Beta caps at 500 / session; All-Access goes to 10,000.

Email us. We routinely raise limits for beta users running real events — especially in education and ministry — while we collect feedback. There’s no upgrade gate during beta; we just want to make sure you have what you need.

Yes. Cancel or downgrade from your account settings. You’ll keep paid access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to a free tier. No cancellation fee. Yearly plans get a pro-rated refund if you cancel in the first 30 days.
